Welcome to Aixle ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Aixle provides AI-generated cycling workout plans based on your fitness data. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

02. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our service:

• Account Information: When you sign up via Google (Firebase Auth), we collect your email address and user ID.
• Fitness Data (via Intervals.icu): We access your Athlete Profile, Wellness Data (CTL, ATL, TSB, FTP), and Activity History via the Intervals.icu API. We only fetch data necessary to generate workouts.
• Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data on how you interact with our website (e.g., pages visited, time spent) to improve user experience.
• Payment Data: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or handle your full credit card information on our servers.

03. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. Cookies are used for:

• Authentication (keeping you logged in).
• Analytics (Google Analytics) to understand traffic patterns.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some parts of our service (like logging in) may not function properly.

04. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

• To calculate your training metrics (TSB, CTL).
• To generate personalized workout files (.zwo) using AI (Google Gemini).
• To upload workouts to your Intervals.icu calendar and sync with Zwift.
• To send you workout summaries via email (Resend).
• To maintain and improve the security of our service.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

06. Subscriptions & Cancellation

• Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" button in the Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
• Free Trial: We offer a limited free trial (one-time manual generation). We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free trial offer at any time.

07. Data Retention & Rights

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Your Rights: You have the right to request access to or deletion of the data we have collected about you. To request account deletion and removal of all data, please contact us at the email below. When you disconnect Intervals.icu, we stop accessing your data immediately.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aixle, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

09. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
