Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Aixle, Zwift, and MyWhoosh integration.

Workout Content

Yes. While Aixle proposes plans based on your condition at wake-up, we know some days you just don't have time. That's okay. Tomorrow's suggestion will automatically account for today's reduced load, so just do what you can today. Dealing with the unexpected is part of life for amateur cyclists.

Aixle generates workouts based on % of FTP. The actual wattage you feel is determined by the FTP set in your Zwift or MyWhoosh profile. Our algorithms analyze your Intervals.icu data to choose the best intensity, so please ensure your FTP settings are accurate and synced across your platforms.

No problem. Aixle analyzes your training history every morning. If you rested yesterday, it will propose an optimal workout based on your recovery.

Most services share the common concept of periodization—structuring phases toward a goal.

Aixle's unique focus is optimizing for **amateur cyclists who don't live just to train.**
1. **Explaining the 'Why':** We provide the logic behind every workout to boost motivation.
2. **Condition-Based:** We consider your sleep, stress, and recovery, not just the training phase.
3. **Providing Choices:** We offer 3 options daily to adapt to your reality.

System & Integration

No, Aixle works perfectly with just a power meter. In that case, the logic focuses on your Training Load (CTL/TSB), workout history, and intensity distribution. If you connect a wearable, it automatically adds an extra layer of recovery analysis.

Yes. By connecting MyWhoosh with Intervals.icu, you can easily access Aixle's workouts in MyWhoosh. Click the small calendar icon in the MyWhoosh menu and select from today's workout options.

Yes. The .zwo files can be imported into most training apps and head units. Please refer to your device's manual for importing workout files.

Connect as many services as possible (Garmin, Wahoo, Google Fit, etc.). The more data Intervals.icu receives, the more precise the proposals become. Make sure Zwift or MyWhoosh is connected for your setup as well.

Yes, it works perfectly with free accounts.

Aixle retrieves wellness data via Intervals.icu. To reflect your condition, ensure your wearable (Garmin, Oura, Apple Watch via HealthFit, etc.) is synced to Intervals.icu's Wellness fields. Our logic will then automatically adjust your training based on your recovery status.

While uploading all 3 options allows you to choose directly in your training platform (Zwift/MyWhoosh), seeing "uncompleted" workouts might cause stress for some athletes.

If you prefer a clean calendar, select "Upload only the best recommendation".

Troubleshooting & Other

If workouts show in Intervals.icu but not in your training platform, please reconnect both services in Intervals.icu settings.

Please check whether all workouts are missing or only some. If all are missing, follow the reconnection steps below.

For details, see the Official Guide.

If enabled but still missing, please forward the email you received to our support team. We will investigate the cause.

âš  To use unsynced workouts
If automatic sync doesn't work, you can always use the .zwo files attached to the email. Import directly into your platform as a workaround.

This indicates a generation error. Please forward the email to our support team for analysis.
